I would give this experience 5 stars if only i received everything that was promised. The USB cable that was provided in the case was bent to the point where you couldn’t insert it into any USB-A plug ins so I had to message and get a new one ordered which then took an additional 2 weeks before I ever received it. Along with the damaged cable there wasn’t a single manual provided in the box which normally isn’t a big deal if it’s a normal controller or if it wasn’t advertised to have a Manual come with it being “certified refurbished,” but either way it was slightly frustrating to figure out how to map the buttons, as well as, figure out what each switch was for. Lucky for me, I had a friend who already owned the controller so he was able to help me figure everything out. In the end the whole experience was flawed but I’m willing to give at least a couple stars given that the controller runs great and feels great as well. I love the ability to customize the controller to your liking and find that to be very useful!

I have been an astros product user for about 14 years or so now and have gone through about 4-5 headsets because they only last around 2 years or so and then something usually goes wrong. It's not worth $250 for something to mess up and have to buy a select part of the whole configuration to work.

Shipping could be a whole lot better. Took a while to get a tracking number and ship in total. Also didnt arrive within the expected days. Other than the shipping experience. Their products are great

Would be great if the products could be shipped worldwide and not limited to the US

My old cord when I would turn the mic off the lights on my amp would turn red, something I used frequently. Now I have to slide my microphone on or off and it doesn't change the light so I have no idea if the microphone is on or off and it's a pain, it would have been nice to have known that the new microphone was not going to provide the light, showing if the microphone is on or off
