I’ve emailed you guys 3 times, wrote a review on a different product I bought but you guys won’t address the hdmi not working so why even have these reviews? I’m extremely dissatisfied, disappointed in you lack of resolving this ossue

i got astro a40’s, i was being gentle with them and barley touched them but then they broke, i then got a replacement and my replacement headset broke, how bad does your headset have to be to break 2 times.

Astro sent me the complete wrong order, and didn’t fix it. I was told I was needed to force myself out and print the label to return when I suffer from a disability. So I just took the loss, and told my 195K Instagram followers to avoid this company as it discriminates. 0/10, PLEASE AVOID.

The product is still very staticy and took to long to get here

I don't know what it is about Astro nowadays but they suck... My A50s from 10 years ago that have a dwindling battery and would like a worthy replacement just hasn't been able to upgraded.. The recent A50s are plagued with disconnect problems and the custom (wired) A40s I just ordered are atrociously low in volume for the price and the cushions are hugely inferior to the A50s above them.... I am extremely disappointed in Astro products nowadays and will be seeking an alternative vendor for my next pair.
