After using this headset for maybe 6 games. I’m getting a static noise in my party chat. On top of that this headset hurts my neck. It’s very heavy. I’m so disappointed. Especially because a certain steamer ( I’m not going to say his name convinced me to buy these), never again.

For a $300 headset, customer service is horrible. You have to email and wait for a response. Don't expect to hear from anyone for a few days, and I suspect most of the replys are automated.
