Was double charged and sent two products, returned one 1.5 weeks ago, still waiting on refund. Astro had amazing customer service before being bought out, hopefully that stays true.

Never got the package I bought AFTER I paid for express shipping. It just never came. Quite sad to see how poor the website is run.

Don't ever bother buying from ASTRO. Their customer service will sigh loudly on the phone after you tell them they shipped your item to the wrong address. Then they'll blame FedEx and tell you that YOU have to get FedEx to change the address even though it was Astro's system that put the wrong address. Then you'll end up waiting over 2 weeks just to get your money back. There's Scuf for controllers. SteelSeries for headsets. Or literally anyone but ASTRO. ASTRO doesn't care about their customers and their reviews show it. Avoid these people at all costs.
