I still don’t have my package. I don’t care how I get it, but I want the package or the money back. Fedex is being very difficult.

Defective product, wasted money on shipping that I can’t get refunded

I got the Astro c40 tr two weeks ago about and the controller won’t turn on now. I tried every thing such as a new cord, cordless, and more.

I contacted support to find out if the Xbox device would work with the PlayStation headset. Was told it would. Spent nearly £30 only to find out it won't work. Bad customer service. Will be very wary about what I buy from Astro in the future.

I was charged twice, basically called a liar even with proof and was told to call my bank. Never again!
