Never received confirmation email or tracking info. When I contacted the company was told I never made my purchase, despite the charges on my credit card to the contrary. After reaching out AGAIN and getting no where, I put a fraud request into my bank. Then, a 2 weeks later I get an email that my order has been delivered… to an address in another state that is not even CLOSE to my address, which is listed correctly below the incorrect address on the email, as both my shipping and billing address! When I reached out to the company AGAIN they cancelled my request for assistance as a duplicate request. This was a bad experience and hopefully my bank gives me my money back. A lot of money for a whole lot of nothing. Hope whoever they delivered it to enjoys. :(

Didn't arrive, getting a refund was consuming and long winded! All between November and December so messed up my Xmas present plan.

When I purchased the wrong type of headphones for my boyfriends console, I had to figure out which headphones he actually needed and so I returned the headphones back and expected to receive a refund within a month time frame. It has now been longer than that and I have still not received my refund of $144. All this company continuously did was send me rating emails on my purchase and responded with “we are unaware of when you should receive the refund.” I am unhappy with the limited support options for customers and there questions.

I didn’t even want the M60 mix amp for Xbox but the M80 has been out of stock. You still sell the M80 as a bundle with the headset. Just sell it to me separately. If I can’t get a M80 soon I’m buying a new headset entirely from another company and never buying astros again. I’ve been supporting astro gaming for 10 years but sadly I might have to change companies.
