Ordered the wrong item as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Asked instructions how to send back. Astro sent a invalid link. Waited a few more days for the new link. Followed instructions and shipped back item over 3 weeks ago. Been waiting for my refund....after reaching out to find status of my refund was told parcel had not yet arrived at there warehouse. No refund. What a joke! Will never use Astro again.

I bought a new cord for my Astro mic because I thought it was the issue as my friends said they had trouble hearing me. The replacement worked for a few days but after that, it made my mic significantly worst. After spending around $500 on Astro mic and cord replacement, I’ve finally decided to get another mic. Astro has not offered to repair my custom mic after contacting them.

Expensive custom headphones and ref microphone stopped working after a week. Not worth time or money spent.

I ordered a pair for Christmas on Nov 16, 2022. After 4 weeks I still didn’t have a shipped date. Week 5 I called an was told they would take 4weeks to make. Umm it’s been 5 weeks. Then the next day I get an email that they were shipped. Imagine they. Well they set for over a week not moving at all. Called again and the next day they started to move. Was supposed to arrive on 12/20. Didn’t get them until 12/23.

I received my package on time however, it was broken. I contacted astro and they sent me a return label. I returned the mic weeks ago and there has been no communication from them.
