Purchased a headset with a broken mic which Hey it happens return was great but I've been waiting 3 weeks for my refund

The product was great but the delivery was so bad, I paid for expedited too and it took over a month.

You guys sell broken A40s then tell people they cannot return them because they’re “custom” Terrible company

I’ve been checking back constantly for the M80 Mixamp…it’s been out of stock since October of 2022…no updates as to when it will be back in stock….

The mic was worse sound quality as the basic mic that comes stock on the a40s despite the premium price tag of $50 usd. I returned the product and am still waiting for my return to be processed 3+ weeks later. over all not a good experience.
