These are worth less unless you buy the sound amp that comes with it. Sadly I didn’t have enough to buy the amp but would have been nice to know they are able to edit audio settings BUT only through the amp. My a10 Gen 1 are better than the newest a40.

It has been 25 days since I messaged Astro about an issue with the product. I have messaged them every day for all 25 days. There has been no reply. A nightmare come true

They won’t reply or help with any issues

I never received any confirmation e-mail or tracking for my order until I contacted support to cancel my order. The product I purchased is even worse. Whoever designed the replacement for the push button for the mute button on the headset and turned it into a very sticky slide button made a huge mistake and an awful design. Considering purchasing different headsets in the future after this transaction.

I’ve ordered an Astro A50 headset because I know they’re good (it’s replacing my current one), however I still haven’t received it. Still waiting as I write this (ordered about 3-4 weeks ago)
