My A5 shipped super fast and despite cosmetic blemishes indicating is wasn't in a brand new sealed box, the overall design and performance of this computer is outstanding. I especially appreciate the clean OS image that hasn't been altered by Geekom. However I've been unable to change the settings in the bios in order to dual boot Windows and Linux and wasn't informed that the OS is locked and you can only use Windows. Fortunately, Geekom customer service is helping me upgrade to a different mini-PC that doesn't prevent Linux from being used. So as long as that gets resolved, I'll be buying all my computers from Geekom from now on.

At times it seems difficult to communicate with Geekom, eventually an email would be answered and products was delivered and works great! Thank you Geekom. ps: easiest setup ever...

Shipping was 5 business days to the US. It comes in a nice box with all the accessories. Tech support responds within 24 hours. Overall, I'm pleased.
