Very slow in responding to my chats.

Support was terrific. Thank you Mina. The only reason for less than 5 is really also the reason I like GeekOM. They are a small(ish) company with great support. But as a small(ish) company, they cannot offer 24/7 support. It just takes a little longer.

Great job got here fast. No communication after the order indicated shipping time or when to expect. So I was apprehensive that I had just been scammed until it arrive.

Shipped super fast, well packed, arrived in perfect condition. My only beef is, the website promised an EXTRA $10 discount (It literally said, "$10 + $10 = $20" in the teaser) if we signed up for promotional emails, but then it wouldn't apply the EXTRA code with another code. If not for that I would have given it 5 stars.

Since this was a "pre-order," I did not expect a lot of info from the seller before shipping, but it would have been nice if the seller had made the effort to keep-in-touch with me. After-all...I did make the financial commitment to them sight-unseen. That's really the only 'complaint' I have. The rest has gone smoothly.
