Service was great and shipping was fast! All products came very nicely packaged.

My only complaint is that the stacked SSD over the WiFi controller with the short antenna wires connected to the cover that pop off the controller when you open the lid (SURPRISE!), and are a major pain to reconnect is VERY HOSTILE TO A SIMPLE RAM UPGRADE. Seriously bro. . . wth?!! Otherwise, I'm happy with the machine.

No complaints so far. Would have liked the front USB's to be on the side to keep the front face clean.

Overall very good. Would have loved if there was a regular communication about the order. I placed the order on a Friday and did not receive any updates until next Tuesday or Wednesday except for the initial order placed notification.
