The website was a little funky and at first I thought the order had not been processed, but then I realized it was and the PC arrived two days later.

There's a 3 year warranty, but no registration card?

1) I wish there was an email order acknowledgment for the order 2) so notice that the hub is shipped separately. Adding the email feedback will reduce support time as I’m sure we all write to ask! 3) the responses are quick and informative and 4) packaging is gorgeous, well designed, a real quality first impression to a high quality product

Overall experience was good. Great packaging and the IT12 arrived quickly.

I wish it had a better support base
