Gosselin is definitely a go-to reference for all things photography-related, but the ''customer service'' is mostly geared toward selling more products at all costs, often to an insulting degree. If it weren't for that it would get a near-perfect score, but I'm guessing that the employees are expected to push gear as much as possible. We're not all idiots; don't treat us as such.

The order arrived reasonably fast, but the camera came with one of the accessories missing. :( Plus, the quality of the recording is not native 4K due to grainy and noisy produced video, so the description is not matching the expectations

The lens came without the tripod collar, lens hood, or even the lens cap (I had to ask the salesman before leaving, who then gave me a promaster cap). The front element had a couple of scratches, and there was a buildup of dirt residue all around the switches. The lens was rated as 7 condition, but I didn't expect it to be that bad. I could've found one in mint condition for the same price on marketplace.

This item was delivered as an open-box. The box was ripped and taped back together. Inside the box, the packaging was ripped so the item was not secured and loosely moving around.
