I liked the customer service and the fast shipping I got, although I’m not that happy with the product. After couple of weeks of using the backpack it has developed some stains on the outside fabric that cant be removed and Im not happy about it.

Will never do business with Gosselin again

I ordered a used Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5. 6 IS STM from Gosselin's used department (Order #2000122268, June 4, 2026, $247. 47 with tax), listed as Condition 8. It arrived with obvious impact damage: the front ring is dented, and the filter thread is bent badly enough that no filter will screw on at all. That is not "moderate wear" - that is a lens with an obvious functional defect, and the impact was hard enough to bend the filter ring. I've returned it for a full refund. However, if you buy used gear from Gosselin - inspect everything the day it arrives. Update: Gosselin's own reply states a filter could be installed "with more effort than normal. " A filter thread that needs more than normal force to accept a filter is exactly the defect - that is not Condition 8 in my opinion.
