I was sent an open box lens although I requested an unopened lens.

I ordered Davinci Resolved Studio and I suppose to receive an email for picking up the item. I waited more than 3 days and never received any notice. I show up at the downtown store and pick up the software. They have a plenty of copies. I guess the order management just miss me out! Worker in the store is very good though! They are very knowledgeable!

Personel not keen on giving advice or helping. Seems lack of qualified personel is noticed everywhere

The lens came without the tripod collar, lens hood, or even the lens cap (I had to ask the salesman before leaving, who then gave me a promaster cap). The front element had a couple of scratches, and there was a buildup of dirt residue all around the switches. The lens was rated as 7 condition, but I didn't expect it to be that bad. I could've found one in mint condition for the same price on marketplace.
