This item was delivered as an open-box. The box was ripped and taped back together. Inside the box, the packaging was ripped so the item was not secured and loosely moving around.

I liked the customer service and the fast shipping I got, although I’m not that happy with the product. After couple of weeks of using the backpack it has developed some stains on the outside fabric that cant be removed and Im not happy about it.

Still have not received order - don’t use Loomis shipping!

Worse experience ive ever had. Total scam artists. Staff is uneducated. Go somewhere else.
