I have made purchased a few times in the past and had no problems. I recently made any other online order last week and I have had no response when they will receive the monopod I had ordered.

Despite the wrong item being sent versus what I ordered, and was told at the time of ordering the product was discontinued, but a few were left. It turned out the info was incorrect. Product return was straight forward.

Easy to install. Wish it colour matched the backpack. Does the job of a waist strap. One side has a zippered pocket - haven’t thought of a use for it yet.
