Service was great. We appreciate the calls family received. The 911 call was fast. Thank you

Was not impressed with the sales pitch. He sold us one that could not be used with a pace maker. We didn't know. Had to return it and buy a different one. He didn't tell us to keep the lock box so now we don't have one. The fire dept . had to break a door window, damaged trim and two storm doors. The girl that helped with the second one seemed better informed then him! Maybe needs more training or ask more questions about health of clients!!
