gives us a sense of security. Always have good communication with your staff by phone. Encouraged to get the app by your staff and am now paying for the app each month, but still don't know how to use it. We have had to push our button and have received the help we needed.

I have been very satisfied with this organization the many times I have used them. The response to my needs have been fulfilled very quickly and efficiently. When I push that button someone always answers me which is very comforting while I wait for help to arrive.

We had to use this service twice when my dad fell at home. Both times worked perfectly and 911 was called.

The response time from when the button was pushed,ambulance notified and contact person notified was very quick. Contact was made again in order to make sure help did arrive. I am very impressed with the whole process
