Medical Alert

This was the first time I needed to press that button in the several years I’ve had your service. I was extremely impressed. I had fallen after a surgery and Unable to get up. I was in another room and had to say (yell) about three times so they could hear me but they sent help.

Only had one issue that came up with the first emergency call. The operator failed to inform emergency responders about the key lock box and its combination. Firefighters found a unlocked window to climb thru to gain access. If it wasn’t for the window, as I told your representative at the time, Medical Alert would have had to buy a new door. Other then that first initial call, the service has been excellent.

This service has been a blessing. My father fell a few times and ultimately passed from heart failure. He wanted to stay living in his own home instead of in assisted living or in someone else’s home so having an alert service was peace of mind for him and us. They were helpful to the end. Highly recommend this service.
