Medical Alert

I am very happy with Medical Alert!! I would like to have a white wrist button but can't have everything , good service, patience, and peace of mind! No problems !

I have had to use my little black button twice now; there was an immediate response by your people...it took a little longer for the EMTs to arrive, but I was very happy to hear their sirens in the distance! I am almost 80 and I, like most others my age, find that my knees just don't work like they used to and once you're down, you're down until help arrives.

Spoke with a wonderful young man named Antwon who was extremely helpful & walked me through the testing process. A new wrist & neck button is being sent to me via Fed-Ex & Antwon gave me his direct contact information so he could activate them. He had patience & humor & he must be a tremendous asset to your company.

All is well I have no complaints . All of the 911 help was wonderful and I appreciate all that assisted me in my time of need. Thank you all.
