Medical Alert

I thank you for your prompt service. I would recommend your service for anyone who is elderly and has problems determining the need for the trip to the hospital.

Prompt service was experienced. Consideration for caller in all aspects. The only problem I have with the medical alert is its very high sensitivity to touch and movement. I realize that this is probably necessary and unavoidable, and just goes along with the requirements of old age.

I started to have problems breathing at 11:00 p.m. I hit my Medical Alert button and they instantly sent an EMS support team to my home. I was transported to the local hospital within half an hour. It felt so good to know I had an instant way to call for help.

I’m Doug & Marguerite’s daughter writing this review. My parents are almost 87 years old. I have been trying to get them medical alert bracelets for years. Just recently I just went ahead and did it. Ordered them without the “ok” to do so. Within a few weeks of wearing them, my dad fell in the bathroom and broke his hip. My mom was outside and did not realize he was on the floor. He pushed the button! I was immediately informed and paramedics were there in no time. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Thank you so much
