fast and easy I fell down could not get up and all i did was push the bottom and help was on the way thanks

I was very happy with my response time I had a fire truck here and emts. This was the only time I used the button when I fell. I am all well now but glad to know that Medical Alert is right there for me. Keep up the good work. My equipment has had problems but each time the Co. has solved them. Truly yours Elsie Tabor
