Each time i needed help hey were there. 'A. once I called them 3 times before i decided go the hospital No one complained to about that. Everyone allowed me to make me own decision After going out with my daughter i realized that i did not have my wrist alert on and after looking all over my apartment and not finding it I called life alert. They immediately said that they would mail me a new one on the house since it was the first time. Also, they did not pressure me to get the replacement insurance I really like dealing with this company

Aug 2021 call for help! Once I pushed the alert button....it was 15 min or less til I had medics and an ambulance at my door. When you sign up for this service you hope that you never have to call. But knowing that help is as close as the medical alert alarm button....gives my husband and me a lot of comfort. I recommend this service to anybody, especially seniors who may have limited access to a support person.
