I have been a long time user of the Medical Alert Service. Both my mother and mother in law used the medical alert in their homes. Anytime they initiated a call, the response was immediate and services were provided quickly. A great service all around

I am happy with the service and the peace of mind it brings.. The only complaint I have is that when the button is activated and the family contacts are notified it does not show that it is Medical Alert calling and it is easy to mistakenly ignore it thinking it is spam.

I signed my Mom up for your service because I live about 3 1/2 hours from Mom and she is alone sometimes..It gave me a little peace of mind. Your service is so much cheaper than First Alert and offers a service that is excellent. I pay for Mom's service and am very pleased with your program!!!
