The equipment we order was packaged well, shipping was a bit slow. I had to call and follow up a couple of times, but after we received the devices and got everything set up, the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend the door lock addition. We had to use this device and during an emergency situation you don’t want to be trying to go different directions. We have canceled our service only because mom is now in assisted living, but if she were still on her own, we would have continued. Thank you for taking good care of my mom. Even when mom would accidentally bush the button, even up to three times a day, someone always called right away and helped her. Thank you again.

It saved my Dad’s life. He fell in his bedroom during the night and if he didn’t have the system, I believe the story’s ending wouldn’t have been a good one. The dispatcher who called me was very kind and calm and stayed in touch with me the entire time until my Dad arrived to the ER. I highly recommend if using the system to have a lock box to save from breaking down door. I highly recommend this system.
