I do believe you saved my life with your fast service.

Just this for my mother-in-law so she could be safe in her own home. She was 94 when we bought it. She had two falls in 2021. The first was in July out in her backyard and she fell and hit the concrete and split open her head. Sadly, she was not wearing her Medical Alert. It was on the charger in the house even though we had reminded her multiple times to have it on at all times. She ended up in ICU with a brain bleed for a week and then skilled nursing for two months recovery. Her second fall was in November when she fell in her bathroom and hit her head again. This time she was immediately able to push her button and health arrived very quickly. She spent a few days in ICU and only two weeks at a skilled nursing facility. This device basically saved her life and we are grateful.

Medical Alert staff has been most helpful with inquiries and equipment. Your quick action, procedural fail safe, and professional advice averted a life threatening illness. You guys are alright! Thank you very much.
