Couldn't be happier with service

The service is wonderful, fast and efficient. However, it's up to us, the clients to remember to have the button on us. The one day I'd forgotten to wear the bracelet is the one I fell and broke my hip and it took me a very painful 1-1/2 hours to reach the station. After that it was great - the ambulance and fire dept arrived right away, my contacts were alerted and my hip got replaced in less than 24 hours! Thanks, Medical Alert!
