Medical Alert

Alert worked as advertised. My step father felt more secure with the device (so did I). Alert was used multiple times and response was timely and helpful. I would recommend product and service. Step Father moved to care facility and alert no longer needed.

Prompt and accurate service

Our Mom had the medical alert on her, and although sometimes she accidently set it off, the medical alert caller responded immediately, many times. We had great satisfaction knowing she was being monitored while we couldn't always be around her 24 hrs./day. Great Job Medical Alert!!

Very responsive and helpful

Although the information came to me, my cousin using the alert lives in Okla. City and I live in Houston, she was able to talk to you and have a new alert sent to her. She did find out that you did not have her phone number, but mine, so I talked to your representative to make sure you had both of our numbers.
