Plain and simple-----IT WORKS!! It's very sensitive; sometimes when I just lay it down or toss it on my bed, it goes off and I get a call as well as the 3 contact people listed with my system. (They) just ask if anyone here needs help or if everything is okay. Sometimes the fire dept. ambulance ends up arriving before I get a chance to reply to the call from Medical Alert. I apologize for the false alarm, but they have not problem with coming as they are only 5 blocks from me. The system works anywhere in the U.S. I'd recommend it or anything similar to anyone who lives alone or has any on going health issues.

I have always had courteous, efficient service from Medic Alert.

My husband was bleeding. I called the Medical Alert. An ambulance came right away and brought my husband to the hospital. He had lost a lot of blood. He was given blood transfusion that saved his life. He was given 7 liters of blood showing you how much blood he had lost. I am so grateful for your fast response.
