I appreciate MA’s fast service. On two separate occasions I’ve fallen out of reach within my phone, but I had my MA bracelet on so I pushed the button for help! While I was helpless on the floor, I couldn’t help but laugh thinking about the commercial I’ve seen several times,“I’ve fallen and I can’t get up!” Thank you!

When I fell in the house and broke my femur I was able to “press the button” and got help as quickly as humanly possible. I live alone; am 92 years old; I couldn’t move. I don’t know what I’d have done without the “button”. I was on the operating table 6 hours after I fell, an amazing coordination of health services, beginning with “the button”.
