I have found customer service outstanding in both problem solving and in response to sending an alert. The unit is easy to use. We do all the recommended testing and have not had any issues, we did need a replacement for the wrist button and we received the new button almost overnight. I have recommended this company to my mother's physician so that she can use it as a customer referral

Very helpful and provides peace of mind. I have fallen twice and couldn't get off the floor. I was home alone. Medical Alert called the Fire Dept and they let themselves in and got me off the floor. Thank you, Medical Alert!
