System is working fine. The inly issue is during testing sessions, some of the trsnsmissions from your end are breaking up and unreadible. The parts when Mrs. Byrd answers back are fine. It's the section preceeding that that is the problem. We complete testing with no other issues. All else is great...

So far the service has been fine for me I do object to the kind of necklaces and bracelets you use they are very cheap and ugly looking isn’t there someway you could improve on that I feel like hiding them every time I’m out in public there must be a better bracelet and a better necklace than what you’re using

I find comfort in the system when my 90 year old dad who lives independently is able to press a button and have help on its way. With us being notified

Works ok sometime the portable gps doesn't charge right. Everything else ok

So far everything is good and is working for me. I have only used it once for emergency but it was there for me.
