Service was their when i needed it. Glad to.have medical.alert

I would like to see an improvement on the wrist band worn for emergencies. I’ve requested several and get a Velcro cheap one which falls apart and becomes difficult for my dad to take on and off. The service has been fine.

The person responding to my call was polite and helpful.

I have gotten used to medical alert and depend on it as I age. I do have problems with the necklace as I seem to accidentally set it off. I am not comfortable wearing the wrist band.

My only complaint is that when the medic alert team called our contacts your number does not identify on caller ID who is calling. Many people do not answer 1-800 numbers. This was definitely a problem when my mother fell last month. I would strongly suggest having your name on the caller Id.
