Satisfied with service; the watch was very convenient for my usage. Thank you. Shipping was fast.

Seems to be a Good Unit, but my Dad just won't use it. We are having a very hard time with him.... Not willing to use the Medical Alert. That said, it appears the Alert Device is a Good unit.

The medical alert has alerted both the medics and us when my parents have had a fall...one time it did not go off, my parents were fine and just needed help getting up 😁

Overall, reliable, fabulous service. Unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the devices at a critical time. The alert fell out of the holder when pressed, and was not accessible. Another issue involves a NYC law, which does not allow a cancellation of dispatch, making some EMS visits unnecessary. Medical Alert has a system to correct for this, however someone must be available to answer the phone and verify the emergency call.
