Good service

THE ONLY PROBLEM I CAN THINK OF IS NOT BEING ABLE TO WEAR THE DEVICE AT NIGHT. I HANG IT ON MY CAN SO I CAN GO BACK AND FORTH TO THE BATHROOM. I ALSO WISH I JUST ONE DEVICE TO THINK ABOUT. THE SAME ON DURING THE DAY AND AT NIGHT. EVELYN

The problem I have with the unit is anytime I put it on the bed, not hard, it goes off; the same is true if it accidently hits the sink, or table, or anything else, except an actual fall, I have to disarm it. However, if I fall, I have to press the button; the fall alert doesn't seem to work then.

Came to my rescue after I slipped off my office chair when reaching for supplies while working on holiday projects. Not hurt but could not get up. One snag was I was in my bedroom and my speaker unit is in my dining area. We could not hear each other. I was wearing my pendant so I kept pressing it until 6 (!) firemen arrived at my unlocked front door. They carefully got me back on my feet, checked me out and were on their way.

I did have to use this a few weeks ago and it worked great. Although I have not had good luck receiving my statements. Also, it would be great if you could set up a way for us to sign into our own accounts to look at statements if we needed to.
