Medical Alert

Relieved my anxiety about my husband falling and me not knowing.

Mom fell and Medical alert sent an EMS to assist her. They picked her up and determined they could leave since she was ok. Medical alert also called me to inform me of the incident.

We have only had to use the Med. Alert once when my husband fell and I couldn't help him up. The police arrived within 5-7 min. and lifted him to a safe position and no further treatment was needed.

The website needs more info and better customer contact information on how to initiate a return when the service is no longer needed. listed email of customerrelations@medicalalert.com bounded back as undeliverable
