Medical Alert

We have had Medical Alert in our home for several years. I purchased medical Alert for my 94 year old mother. She fell in the night and medical Alert contacted me on my fitbit. EMT'S were at the door ready to assist. Unfortunately, she passed away one week later.

I was okay with response, but I think they should keep talking to you. I was bleeding badly and very scared. I kept yelling with no response after initial call. A very traumatic experience for me.

Sometimes the machine malfunctions and the call doesn’t go they. Company said sometimes that happens.

When I fell august 27 , my pendant fell apart tried to put it back together but remain very insecure, could you send me another pendant?
