Medical Alert

It was there when it was needed.

I just wish that the speaker on the base unit was louder as it is a little difficult to hear in a couple of spots in my small house.

Medical alert was very effective! I had fallen and they came and assisted me. They were resistant at first about taking me to the closest hospital of my choice [Miriam, just two blocks away ,instead of RI Hospital but were able to be convinced that that was the most appropriate) All in all the care was very good, polite and helpful. The system and lockbox worked well. I was very grateful! Thank you!
