The lady signing me up has been extremely personable and helpful. She was there anytime I needed her. The service worked every time she bumped it, however on the morning she passed, for 5 min it stated "searching for location".. Had she not already been in Heaven, this would have been critical. She was in her home and in bed and it couldnt find her for the first time. After she passed, every time I called , I got a different answer to how to send back, when it was gonna be canceled and and even when they received the box back. Got different dates as I called to ck status of the refund. Over all, was a good service and reasonable rate.. Just issues right at the end. Unsure if staff issue or computer issue. (note: when she accidently set it off, they were always polite and patient with her)
