Medical Alert

I have had no problems concerning any of these items.

I had an emergency a few months ago. And very grateful for quick response of help and transport to hospital. The only complaint is when I got my new necklace. In transitioning from old to new. 2 false alarms went in. I DID NOT push button ..in fact was shocked when fire co showed up both times. It hasn’t happened since but very embarrassing !! Don’t know what happened ??? Also I don’t like this new necklace. It’s SO big My old one got lost at the hospital when they took me there .....

I did get immediate help at the push of the button.The ambulance Staff were very helpful.

did not need to request assist this past year, would prefer a device with fall detection and help in one wearable bracelet
