Your EMT's need more training on how to administer an IV. The trainee tried 4 times to insert the IV in my arm before the Fireman stopped him. I ended up having a terrible bruise. Other than that, everyone was wonderful and very helpful

The dispatchers are S L O W for answering the phone. If someone is having a heart attack, every min counts. Some that answer the phones sound like we are bothering them. We are thinking of looking into another company.

Do I get a refund for the year payment made, and had to cancel before the year was up?

I have had a medical alert necklace for my mom. She wears it all the time. She has fallen and once my dad fell, she touched the button and they responded quickly. Then the responders are at the door in a very small time period. It has been working out well
