Medical Alert

I was taking a shower and must have pushed the MA button as I washed. Because of the running shower I never heard the alert go off and just managed to pull a dress over my wet body to answer the fire department at the door. I wish there was a solution for this kind of accident.

The person on the phone couldn't really hear me well to start. Help arrived promptly.

It was a mistake to go with them. There was no medical emergency.

you are extremely helpful when I hit the button. My only problem is your billing dept. Money is automatically taken from my account for 8 or more years. Suddenly someone took it and who knows where they put it as it shows taken out of my account but i keep getting notified i didnt pay......you take it automatically. Told you to contact the bank.

I haven’t had to use it but it is good to know I have this service if I ever need it!
