I've been able to get up by myself before but my other knee is giving me problems now. I called with my device and they responded immediately. They got me up and I wasn't hurt so everything was fine. Thank you so much.

Works every time needed

I am lucky that I have only had to get your help once. The two young men showed up in only about ten minutes. They checked me for injuries before they lifted me off the floor and set me in a chair. Then they checked me again, even though I told them I didn't hurt. Hopefully I won't have to call for help again soon.
