Met expectations

my experience with Medical Alert was very good. I had fallen on the kitchen floor and was a distance away from the monitor but had my wrist detector on and yet when I hollered for help they heard me. First responders arrived in minutes to help me. I'm thankful I had my Medical Alert.

My only problem is the false alarms. I am constantly getting calls that I have to respond to. The one time that I needed help, the system worked really well & they got help to my house. Thank you!

I accidently set off my device. Usually they get mad at me but this time they were very nice!

Impressed with rapid response. EMS was there in minutes and they were needed badly.
