Medical Alert

Just got it tidal love it, feel safe

Upon researching alert products, I found Lens approach caring and informative. We have yet to set up the system as it just arrived....looking forward to a step towards security and a piece of mind. TY

Only issue we have is that the wristband seems flimsy and doesn't stay on. Otherwise very happy with the service.

Only complaint is excessive false alarms for detecting a fall. I guess too many is better than missed falls. All in all, service is great and a great comfort.

The alert tends to be a little overly sensitive, sending out alerts for minimal movements.
