Medical Alert

Usually good except the last time we used it they put us on hold! Took the EMS too long to get here. My mom had to have a pacemaker put in.

Everyone ver helpful last time my mom fell in her house. Called her them EMS then my brother.

Have not needed, but when I did was able to contact an ambulance when I fell.

Prompt and courteous

They are quick to check on Dad. Would be nice to have new belt holder or other holders available.
