George was very helpful and informative when I called to get the medical alert for my Mom. He gave me details I wasn’t aware of and payments options that were convenient and helpful. I felt very comfortable and reassured when speaking with him. We expect our shipment in 2 days.

I'd made the ibitiinitial contact call, & talked with Liz. She was marvelous. She quickly sent me an email with all the information. The next evening I received a call-back from Tynisha, and she was also MARVELOUS. I think both these ladies deserve a bonus!
