Medical Alert

My first contact with Medical Alert involved a conversation with Bob Kelly. I was treated very professionally and never felt rushed during the phone call. He was always willing to answer any questions that I had in an indepth fashion. Bob is a major asset to Medical Alert. KUDOs!!

Lisa was very helpful, informative, friendly. I look forward using the Medical Alert. I will be living alone for the first time in eight years.

Too ealy for a answer

Lem did an outstanding job of walking us through the services offered, ordering, set up and annual renewal process. This truly feels like a great investment and gives my family and me peace of mind.

Ordering was a good experience. Jay More made it very pleasant, easy and fast. Received the alert system in a timely matter. My only concern is the button that hangs around the neck. The clasp is very bulky and not easy for a senior to open and close.Also uncomfortable to sleep with it on. We had another system and their neck button was a lot more comfortable.They had no knots or clasps.
